With 30,000 employees, you would think someone at Fiserv would have authority, accountability, responsibility or integrity. Its time to look behind the curtain! Something is truly rotten at Fiserv. User’s recommendation: Stay away from Clover Network or First Data they are all Fiserv accomplices.
We receive a letter we will be shut down, the letter stated we would have a couple of weeks to sort things out. HOWEVER, We were already shut down. This is after we tested for 2 weeks, and LAUNCHED ON TELEVISION…they stated they tried to contact us. THE CONTACT…
My access to external transfers from TD Bank and Zelle was suspended. After hours of phone calls I was finally told that FiServ had suspended my access and that it was permanent and I had no recourse. I’m filing a complaint also with the Maine Bureau of Financial Institutions.
I made a credit card payment to another bank (not Regions) and they charged me a late fee and an interest penalty. As I had made the payment through Regions Bank Bill Pay which I found out is run by Fiserv, I was understandably upset as I have an excellent credit…
The service rep to my money out of another account and told me the would reactivate my account in t 2 or 3 days. Which was a lie. They suck.

The story is sad. At the beginning of June, the company's website ordered the phone. The phone cost 40 CA$, I didn't buy anything expensive - no need for extras. The phone was received by my friend at the Origo AZ Electronics store on Friday. On Saturday, I start entering phone numbers when all the buttons are blocked. There was nothing he could do. Since I am from Langley myself, and I had left all the apartments, I came to live in Quebec for a week, go to the store and go to Negro. There is no paper. A week ago Monday went to a store in Langley, where the seller said there were no problems that sent for repairs. OK. But when you say to compare the data on the phone battery with the recorders in the service book, it turns out that the Quebec salesman had written down the wrong serial number. Langley seller refuses to repair and send for repair, let him not be displeased. OK. Not wanting to be an unpleasant district, I waited another week when my friend drove to Quebec, where he works and carried the phone to Origo, where he was taken out. There, the employees of Langley laughed and said that they simply did not want to do anything. Slammed my phone into the warranty. The warranty says that the repair can take up to 30 days, waiting much longer. Even a friend went to the store to inquire. After the interest of the card was established, the employees of the store contacted the person performing the repairs, and the phone was repaired quickly. Friday half took out the phone and Saturday was with me. I was happy. I insert the SIM card, enter the code and the message - SIM card is not valid. I tried again - the same. I put in the old phone — everything was gone. Then my brother tried - ordered 2 different SIMs and the inscription was the same.So go to the store. I went to the Langley store, told my bed. The seller recommended to send again for repair. Thanks, I don't want to. Wait more than a month again. I wrote an application that I want the money back - 40 CA$. After a week of receiving a letter signed by a lawyer that they understand the phone is in order, that there is no fault and no money will be returned. I can only do my own expertise, etc. I wonder if it could be that none of the 3 SIM cards worked for me, everything works there. The seller still with the irony over the phone asked me-maybe from the wrong end of the law, sorry if put wrong, the phone would know that there is no insert SIM instead it doesn't work.that I want money back - 40 CA$. With all this, I want to say that this company considers consumers to be idiots. Definitely- the phone will have been repaired where it will be unlocked to be able to work on all networks. In addition, the phone was a box on which it was indicated that only the T mobile operator operates in the country where it was purchased, similar to ours - Tele2, LMT, Bite. And paid only 15 dollars. The price was also on the box. Already imported to Canada, he had been repaired, where it was unlocked. Summary- I have bought a broken phone for the price of a new phone. And I don't recommend anyone shopping at AZ Electronics stores.
