I paid a 200 deposit and I have not received my card or no one have reached out to me. What is going on? Please send out my card with a update or just refund me my money and disregard my application thank you
They accepted my security payment never sent my card or account number I call 3.5 months later to see what’s up and they advise me to write a written request fax to close my account the next day on Sunday my credit score was reduced 29pts do not get this account beware User’s recommendation: Skip this.
No respond from them cant find the phone number on site I paid and didnt receive any type of respond User’s recommendation: Follow up after application fee couldn’t get threw with customer service or email after payed application fee.
