Security deposit double charged

Never received card in mail

I contacted your company filled out an application for one of your secured credit cards I paid my $200 secured deposit I was approved card was issued I never received it in the mail and I received a first month’s bill. User’s recommendation: 10.

Horrible company, refusal to refund

Canceled my card because I never got approved. They told me when I canceled I was approved that day and would take 2-4 months for me to get my refund. Never go through them for a card of any sorts. User’s recommendation: Check elsewhere.

Bc I paid for a secured card about a month ago, also paid the extra 20 bucks to get it earlier…still have yet to recieve it!! Slow and stupid, they sent it to my Mothers address which I haven’t USED

The slowness of my card tge fact they sent it to a different address that’s not related to my bank info or the address I put in… User’s recommendation: Be sure they send it to the right address.. I put my address in correctly I know where I live!!! But still don’t have my card..
