Went to file a claim, no help from them

Had my car inspected, found out the transfer case was leaking. Called First Extended Service and even though it was leaking for a while that it was 5 days past the expiration date of the contract. PAID $5,000 DOLLARS FOR WARRANTY BUT THEY DENIED CLAIM!!! I HAD ALL PAPER WORK BUT WASNT ENOUGH FOR THEM User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE!!! REJECT ALL CLAIMS.

No one answers the phone. On hold for over one hour. Our RV cannot be moved without repair.

Auto leveling system broke down. Trying to make a claim. Going to try to cancel. Cannot access claims processing. Seems like a fraud. We paid a lot of money for this and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. User’s recommendation: Save your money.

Could only bring car to selling dealer and then very slow refund when I decided to cancel.

Dealer should have explained that I could only use the First Extended Service warranty at the selling dealership. Did not find out until I glanced at the fine print on the back of the member card which took a month to receive. Don’t know if this applies to all of First Extended customers or just a deal...
