Wish I had read the reviews and looked at the BBB complaints before signing up. They will withdraw funds from your customers account and then hold them and not deposit them into your account without a lot of hassle. First ACH does not provide the service they offer. I have used PaySimple for years and thought I would try First ACH because they were cheaper. Cheaper doesn’t even begin to be true.
