First ACH does not provide the service they offer. I have used PaySimple for years and thought I would try First ACH because they were cheaper. Cheaper doesn't even begin to be true. First it's a year contract that I was unaware of. Second, my very first transaction they audited and I provided the same documentation that I have always provided with PaySimple and that wasn't good enough. They called my client, good grief, what company does that? And the support has been rude, non helpful and when I wanted to cancel it got worse. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. PaySimple is absolutely the best.
