I was involved in a hit and run with one of their policyholders on 12/15/2018. Luckily; a bystander caught their plate number before they sped off and that’s how my insurance company was able to track them down. Now I have been getting the run around with the status of the claim. All I want is for...

My car was hit by an illegal alien driver who had first acceptance insurance. The representative from first acceptance was rude, initially said she wasn't even sure that they would cover anything since their driver was in jail. It took them two weeks to even send someone to evaluate the damage to my undrivable car. As expected,...

Terrible attitude from a manicure "master"
I had never written a complaint or complained about a service before, but I realized after today's situation, that it must be done. Very bad experience in the salon Kolonna Shopping Center Mols at "Manicure Masters". The manicure master did not come forward, so, unfortunately, I cannot mention the word here. Woman around 50+, foreign nationality, dark hair. At the beginning of the procedure I was told to choose a gelish nail polish shade. When I had chosen the shade, I showed it to the master, to whom I received a categorical answer: "No, it will not suit you". I asked "why not?" To which I get the answer "well look at your skin around your nails. And you want that kind of tone? ” Admittedly, I don't have perfect skin around my nails, it is cracked and a little dry / red, but I believe that the master can also save this situation a bit by using the right techniques. Next, I offer the master a pink nail tone, to which I simply received the answer "NO", without any explanation. To my offer for a neutral beige shade, I received a master response "it will look like sausages" (!). It was also commented that if I paint in a bright tone, it will look like an old woman's hand. The master also asked me - "can I speak foreign?" After all, offered to varnish nails in a very gentle, transparent shiny color with glitter. Said "Next time you put the skin around your nails in order, we will be able to paint red and even black". I had no word. Does this master really feel like it will be next time? In the end, I got up and walked away because I felt very bad. If you, ladies, really have the skin around your nails just like a manicure, then you can go for a manicure with this "master" :) but I do not recommend otherwise. In my opinion, however, we are going to clean up our hands, not to be criticized and 'rejected'.
