Deactivated or inactive wccount

Got lots of points for the redeem code I shared with many others and had 945.000 points and they deactivated it for suspicious activities and I went through what could be wrong And I didnt do anything. I sent out a email and they never resolved it yet. User’s recommendation: Don’t download this *** app.

It won’t let me reset my password

Because my son got me started with the program as a referral.now I have a new phone and they deactivated my acct.i already lost over 7000 points now I lost 2777 more points that’s not fair.
