Not receiving ref points.

My e-gift card does not work

I used my points to purchase a $10.00 e-gift card to barnes and nobles and it did not process. I was so excited to use the program and promote to others, until, this accured, now I am not sure there is a reason to keep using the program.

My granddaughter somehow messed my account up and added herself as a back up on my phone ,

I can’t get into my fetch account , I’ve tried everything so I want to delete it from my phone . I would like to start a new one altogether. Ty User’s recommendation: I love fetch, I just never got to use my points . 10,000 pats gone .
