Suddenly lost my account

I had about 20,000 points and suddenly I cannot log-in anymore. They have no customer support and if you use your e-mail it seems it just disappeared. User’s recommendation: This is a rip-off.

Annoying service.

When I first opened the app, it gives you an option to sign in with google, apple, or Facebook. I accidentally tapped on the wrong google account, and in attempt to delete the account the customer service was really dumb and said we cant delete accounts for the purpose…
