No visa rewards

I submitted for a $10 Visa it came in my email but no link. So I am not sure it is worth taking the time to take pictures of receipts when no reward is issued. User’s recommendation: Get it right.

Didnt get points from referal

Poor communication and customer My issue was never resolved. The reward person reached out on my behalf and fetch rewards still did nothing to rectify the issue.

Account trouble

I was trying to help my friend do something on fetch rewards by going onto his account and logging back into mine but when i logged out it didnt let me log back in for some reason it kept having a error message User’s recommendation: help them a little faster please.

My phone number is already associated with another account.

I got an automated message that said phone support was not available and to email them at the costumer service email. Why have a phone number at all then??? User’s recommendation: Don’t bother calling.

Resolved: Not getting proper points

Update by user Aug 18, 2021 The company has awarded my earned points and fixed my account properly.. Original review posted by user Aug 07, 2021 Not receiving the bonus points for purchasing the brand items sponsored. Also not being awarded points of purchases through Amazon online connected to my Email!
