Charged $500 fee for dispute without Arbitration and no reason code.

We were sent noticed that ruling was in our favor, then received reversal with no explanation and charged us $500 for a disputed $150 transaction. We are a small business that uses FattMerchant for invoice and credit card processing. Customers submit their charge card info via online transaction. We do not handle actual card.
