FedEx left my parcel at my apt door without notification. No knock on my door or didn’t ring doorbell and someone else retrieve my parcel. Famous Footwear refused to issue a refund or send a replacement order. User’s recommendation: Don’t patronize Famous Footwear.

I have been working with iExpress messengers super, accurate, with good communication many times. Today 21. 09,2020 at 11. 40 I had to call the office to pick up the package, either to the courier communication, the office had a completely opposite attitude, complete fuj, there was then the feeling that I am disturbed something for a particular lady, etc..
