Ordered shoes on April 13, tracking says shipped on the 14th. Its May 1st and the package still has not been passed to the USPS for final delivery. FedEx smart post is horrible. Called famous footwear, and they claim no record of the order even when it shows all info on my online account. User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost.
