My information is not a complaint, but more a pleasure to share a good joke from the Distribution Network (ST)! In order to make payments on the portal e-st.org, I, K. Kalninsh, came to the ST office in shmerla Street to receive the relevant access to the portal. A very kind employee did it very quickly. The jokes started after that! After a few days I received a letter from ST with the following text: We inform you that K. Kalninsh has requested access to your contract No... on the customer portal e-st.org (ie informs that I have requested access to the portal myself)! In case I K. Kalninsh does not want this person (ie myself) to have access to the settlement information of my contract, as well as if I am against this person (that is, myself) handing over the meter readings, please contact us. So if I who came to ST,in order to get access, I am opposed to me giving this access to the portal with my information to be reported urgently! Once upon a time in Dadzis magazine there was a section "You won't even think so", this case is from this opera!
