Someone said they were from Eversource saying we were in arrears on our payments and I know we have never missed any

Tech not able to access the equipment which is not owned by tenant who only pays the gas bill

landlord unlocked, doesn’t understand why tech can’t access. I had to miss work. I am the only tenant in the history of the building going thru. Getting threatening letters in mail about shutting off service. Not bothering other tenants only me User’s recommendation: watch out for their letters when you move into an apartment.
