No live person came on to help! Dont say you will have a live person and then a bot answers the phone! User’s recommendation: Bad customer service.

THEY ROBBED ME 120.28

After fighting with their vendor for canceling their event twice for no just cause. I received an email April 15 claiming I would be refunded. Didn’t get my refund
