Hijacked Post
Hello. On 17/12/2019, a shipment was made from Scotland to Australia. The package had disappeared all this time, but today, I received the package back to the Scottish address stating that no one had removed the package. The package is torn, looted and Beautifully sealed. Strange, because my mother (to whom the parcel was just sent) called you to find out if such a parcel was really not received to which the postal workers kindly offered a paid service to search for the parcel. In case of a damaged package, Royal mail puts it in a bag with an indication that the package is damaged. All addresses are listed correctly. What is the reason that the package was not delivered to the appropriate address? Why did you come back with missing things instead of things that don't belong to me and were not originally included in the shipment? As when returning a package, the weight is the same, but there is no mention that the package has any visible external damage. The package has been re-sealed with brown tape, which I had not originally used when I sent it, and as I said, there is no indication that the package was damaged during transport. Royal mail is always presented if the shipment is received in a damaged package. I would like to know what exactly will be done to investigate this case? I have reason to believe that a theft has taken place and would like to know who will be responsible for what happened? I would also add that this is a post office operating under the postal code en-1046. An application for theft will also be submitted to the royal mail.
