Due to fog our flight late 15 hrs and Etihad airport team not corporate with us and not facilitate with food and Accommodation all Passengers are helpless on airport and facing problem with Etihad. Hopefully this is my first and last travelling with them. User’s recommendation: Please consider the customers same like Property.
Poor service
On June 26, 2016, my wife and daughter (3 years old) returned from a tour of Spain / Portugal, where everything was nice and professionally organized, but unfortunately the whole tour was ruined by a transfer from Sidnay and Brisbane. Great for all of us passengers, was a surprise when we arrived at the airport transfer (VW nine-seater bus), which was without air conditioning when the outside air temperature was around 34 degrees! It was hot not only for us passengers, but also for the driver, who kept an open window all the way, which did not solve anything, but made it worse, as a result of which the daughter is already coughing today and hopefully her ears will not bleed - who knows what the other passengers do! If we had known that 365 holidays would send such transport, we would have traveled better by public transport. This situation with the transfer will make you think further about choosing your services, as well as we will hardly recommend others to you. Until June 29, we will be waiting for your explanation about the choice of your transport in unsuitable weather conditions for transfer. Unfortunately, we have not received any explanation from the 365 holidays, to this day, until today (July 12)!
