Just5 and Bite. Poor quality product and a dealer who supports it.
Shopping Mall Mols Bite wanted to buy a phone. The main criterion I mentioned to the consultant is that I need navigation. Good navigation, because I don't know much about Quebec, but you will have to drive. She offered me Just5 blaster and Samsung, the model of which I do not remember, as the most suitable variants. The blaster cost 189 dollars, while Samsung a little over 400 dollars. Asked which is better, the seller praised Just5 and said that both phones are equally good, Just5 even display bigger, the phone itself is even more attractive in terms of price. I was positively impressed by the fact that Just5 has space for two sim cards, a memory card and a removable battery. Why pay 400+ dollars when you can get the same for 200 dollars for defaults? I bought Just5 Blaster. In reality the gps didn't work, always showed that "no gps signal. shows approximate location." Driving across the bridge shows that I am driving on the Daugava, driving on a straight road shows that I am driving in a meadow, stopping at a red traffic light, navigation does not understand it, shows that I continue to drive, so the route is recalculated incorrectly. In fact, navigation does not perform its function. I called Bite, who sold me this phone, outlined my problem, and they told me to go to the main Bite office on Uriekstes Street. There I look at something in the settings, doesn't change anything, turns on "google maps" and says that everything is fine. I swallowed their toads and after a while I went to Bite again, this time to Shopping Mall Mols Bite store. They say that there are problems with all Just5 phones, their navigation is very inaccurate, the manufacturer does not admit his fault, Bite can do nothing. At the time of purchase, the consultant praised the phone and tried to sell it, saying that everything was a waste, but said nothing, silenced it like a fish. As a result, I bought a new Samsung and am glad how everything works exactly for me. Don't buy Just5 phones if you need gps. I've also heard that the approximate lifespan is six months.
