Previous cooperation with online stores has been successful, so this year before ordering the goods. I do not participate in feedback / complaints about www.proffit.com (sia kasija). Empty fraudulent office! Scheme time for all customers one - the customer must pay 100% prepayment, then patiently wait for your order for 2 weeks, then yourself search "seller" - writes e-mail call (which is also not so easy to do, because they have one phone, which they tend not to lift...), then the operator announces that the cargo is delayed and has to wait again... I very "lucky", because the product was not delivered even after the additional waiting time (I paid on 31.05.2020., the delivery was promised on 15.06.2020., then bought on 25.06.2020., when finally 25.06.2020 Callers announced that the nearest possible (!) Delivery time is 02.07.2020...). Needless to say, I will wait for the ordered product and will not receive it. If, after all the available negative information, there is a desire to place an order with proffit.com, I recommend to dress not only with great patience, but also to take care of long-term "frozen" money resources and damaged nerves. Probably a kind of new lending method at the expense of naive buyers... The money was returned to the account only a week after sending the money back application. Wouldn't ptac and other oversight bodies work here? Personally, I am very interested in whether there is any "lucky" buyer at all, who bought and received a product from this store? : d
