Brand new batteries that are dead

It says the customer Im calling is unavailable and to try again later. I purchased 4 packs of 12 AA energizer ultimate lithium batteries and the first 2 packs I opened have all weak or dead batteries.

Purchased 4- AAA 10 packs for Christmas the batteries were bad.

Yes retailer won’t return due to covid-19 I had 4 packs of bad batteries. Never bought anything but Energizer batteries. The cost didn’t matter, however I won’t eat that cost. Burns to my hand from BRAND NEW leaking battery

I just bought a package of AA energizer batteries and installed them correctly. 3 days later I heard popping and sizzling and quickly removed them.
