Yes there is still an issue. Nothing has been done to resolve the issue and my emails have gone unanswered for a week. So i decided to see what if any reports/complaints on the BBB website had to say and there were way more than I expected to see and all said the same thing. Your company takes their time attempting to resolve problems and when you finally do its at the bare minimum. Your customer service representatives are neither polite nor willing to help. I paid for a package of batteries guaranteed not to leak. Not only did I suffer a painful injury because of an alkaline acid burn I also no longer have a working Christmas lantern that our 4 yr old daughter adored. So care or don't but do something to make it right please User's recommendation: Do NOT RECOMMEND THESE LEAKING BATTERIES IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR INJURIES.
