Final reading

I dont have a 10 digit account number. Its 14 digits on THE BILL YOU SEND ME. The system would not accept ANY of the 4 phone numbers i tried. I need to discontinue our account for 256 Hinton ave, Thunder Bay Ontario effective June 30. We have sold the property.
