I've been a customer since 2005. 2009 I signed a new contract for two years, I pay 17 AUD every month. Now I have to terminate the contract where it is clearly stated that in case of termination I have to pay a discount, ie 30 AUD. Now I have started talking to these that it is no longer in force, and they have sent out some condition that if I break the contract I have to repay the whole amount that accumulates over two years together. The most interesting thing is that I received no conditions both in the mail and in the inbox. I have a question or has anyone received such conditions at all?
