Damaged naked coat (mudcoat)
On January 7, 2017, I led a naked coat (mudcoat) to this wonderful company for cleaning, paying 55Eur for cleaning and water treatment. Said it will be ready on 17. 01. 2017. Arriving on the specified date after the coat avap at. 17:00, I was informed that the coat had not been brought. To my question how can this be, because the date of issue is written on the receipt 17. 01. I was told that no one would bring me mud today and I had to drive the next day. Next, sooner, arriving after the mud 19. 01, I received a completely different-looking product, from the sandy color it turned dark brown, as if worn for 10 years (the mud was bought in October 2016). The product became like a rag, completely soft, ugly, fur wrinkled. To my claimsfor which you turned a good product, I had the answer - cleaning the fur without guarantees! I would like to warn everyone, please never bring them good products for cleaning, because at the moment, I can't put on the mud that I bought for 400 Eur, because it looks just awful. I really regret entrusting the cleaning of a good product to this company!
