Our company orders large orders of food from the Goldenwest Huntington Beach store and several times the orders are not right. Tonight I drove thru to get the Classic Tostada Salad and found 3 tiny pieces of chicken and no cheese. Really? What has happened? We used to love to go El Pollo Loco.
El pollo loco on Mc Dowell Road in Goodyear Arizona was dirty, the wait was very long. Witnessed 3 people leaving because of the wait. No acknowledgment from any of the workers! I hope you guys go bankrupt!!
I recently went through the drive thru and seen multiple associates wearing their work t-shirts and smoking in the parking lot behind the store. I cancelled my order and went to a neighboring restaurant instead. Very unprofessional
