AWFUL FOOD AND TERRIBLE COMMERCIALS

NOT ONLY HAS THEIR FOOD BEEN TERRIBLE AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY BUT THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE WELL, ANTI-WHITE..THEY NEVER HAVE ANY WHITE PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMERCIALS AND THE VOICE OVERS HAVE EXAGGERATED MEXICAN ACCENTS, WHICH ALSO SEEMS TO BE VERY ANTI-WHITE AND SO UN-AMERICAN. IMPROVE YOUR FOOD AND YOUR ANTI-WHITE ATTITUDES IN YOUR COMMERCIALS.

Food and customer service needs improvement

Garden Grove 92840 Store 5468 9 out of 10 times they’ll give you dry chicken. On top of that they barely give you any chicken. What’s the point of ordering double chicken? Not enough chicken

Moreno Valley. On moreno beach. I frequent this restaurant. But over the past year or so. ive notice that the pollo bowl , does not even have chicken. Really .!! You get a very small portion.. not worth worth buying. N the bowl has really shrunk. Very disappointed. Less food for the same price.

Nachos have no cheese, too watery sauce! Very little chicken too.

Nachos should have cheese not some white watery liquid! The amount of chicken is pathetic.Lately EPL changed their look and their menu and in my opinion they’re going SOUTH!
