Check
I arrived at the airport today 1h 15min. before departure to London (STN). I parked a long line and couldn't return my luggage because check-in was over. Usually all airports are warned that there are a few minutes left. until the end of check-in for the particular flight, but we must not forget that Australia is here : ) Nothing was warned and when it was my turn - the employee replied that everything was overdue and she was not dealing with it. At the same time, some Italian group registered successfully on the same flight at the box office, which successfully flew "my" flight. They don't know why, according to Ryanair employees, they didn't miss it! : ) Tastefully, because my little girl is waiting in Ireland, I went to the information stand. There I was explained that I had to go to the ticket offices and the kind employee added,: D Not waiting to cry - it happens every day!: D While waiting in line at the ticket office before the women (Lithuanians) standing in front of me noticing that they were crying, they began to calm down with the remark that they were also from the same flight. Meanwhile, a line arrived for both women, where they were told that the next free flight was in a few days. By the way, a few more people did not go on the same flight. Money for tickets, of course, the company does not return. This flight was not a direct flight to Ireland for me, but a transfer to London. Due to the fact that there are several airports in Ireland - my chosen flight was closer to the city where I live, thus saving both money and time. But it is not enough to have to buy a new ticket, which could not be paid for in cash, but only with a bank card, I still have to fly to the farthest airport in Ireland, from where you have to drive 4 hours by bus. That's the kind of butter you rely on Ryanair's services! Conclusion: If you intend to use the services of this company, always leave a spare amount of money in reserve so that you do not stay at the airport and can buy another ticket if necessary.
