Missed delivered

Hi. I received a message saying that the flowers I bought was out for delivery but it still not delivered. Whats going on please?
I am making a formal complaint regarding flowers ordered for my daughter Natasha Millar at the above address by her partner Oscar Fleming. They arrived yesterday evening and in no way whatsoever resembled the flowers he ordered for £39.99. Whilst they were nice flowers…
For the third time this year, the free chocolates were not delivered on this last occasion the gin was missing as well. After an e chat was given a £2 refund which didnt cover the cost of the gin. The person I was chatting too cut off communication . User’s recommendation: Stick to flowers only.
