Failure to deliver, four days after required date and still waiting.

I ordered the delivery of a houseplant on 7 August for delivery on 10th August. Delivery did not happen. I have now had to chase up via Customer Service on four different occasions, I keep getting the same responses, it may takes 1 -2 days from requested delivery date. I get a different person each time I contact them, no sense of urgency and not explanation of why the delay. Personally, I think the order has been missed, but they have my money so no rush to resolve. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER WITH EFLORIST.
