Flowers werent secured within box so many flowers were damaged, so I was quite surprised that something as making sure the tag holding them secure was not secured fully. Some of the spoilt ones in photo attached, there was more but threw them
Had a delivery for my mum for mothers day and she has not received them, yet they took the money for it, am fumming that this company had failed.for the stress and inconvenience I still want them delivered but I also want a full refund as I will take this further and name and shame e florist....

Flowers were dead no chocolates either. All phone numbers don’t work. Tried calling the various numbers are have been cut. Dont expect an email back will try charge back from bank. User’s recommendation: Avoid like the plague.
