So my high school junior was supposed to go on tour this June. Ummmm. That is not happening with the COVID-19. They refused to refund our monies to the tune of $760.00. As we all know Corona Virus has effected all travels beyond our control, yet EF Tours refuse to refund monies already paid and trips cancelled by the U.S. Government.

A trip scheduled for April 5, 2020 to Panama for students at Agriculture High school was cancelled due to the pandemic coronavirus. EF tour’s policies of extending vouchers for future travels of 2021/2022 is not acceptable at all considering cancellations are results…

Put my child’s life in danger

My minor child went on an EF tour. Chaperones were drunk. Hotel employees offered kids drugs. My son got bullied for NOT drinking and doing drugs. EF refused to refund me.
