Robbed!! And embarressed

I ordered a gift for my boss and # the gift never arrived after she picked it out and #2 im out $100. Im so pissed off right now. I want am apology and my money back.

Never received product AND was just charged 29.99 for the subscription box.

I ordered 2 bogos back in August 2016. I never received anything. I called and they said it should be another month. Everytime I called, it was the same thing.
