I bought an office chair, but when I brought it home I found that neither the office chair (nor the color scheme) was placed in the box. Asking to exchange for the real thing, Optimus can't, but marketing online, and even asking that I want to buy the answer that is. They do not return the money, offer to exchange it for another, because they have a large choice of chairs. The money is drained immediately in the Melbourne store. I needed exactly the kind I had watched and drove 50km after the store's instructions to another store. I have to fight for my money to return, but these believe it is already their money. I don't have a chair or money. I will never shop there again and I would advise everyone not to shop, look at how many complaints. a normal office would return the money and all, but for these times the money has nothing to return. Complaints are answered within 1 month.
