I had the same situation as almost every other person on here. The program just doesn’t do what they say it does. Once you plop down the cash there is nothing you can possibly say to them that will qualify you for the refund. The wording of their refund policy precludes anyone from ever actually being eligible....

Whatever your reasons may be, they will NEVER refund you. And of course the product does not work as well, and they are saying that “as a common sense some of the issues cannot be recovered by any software.” Then why don’t you give me my money back? Typical SCAM. Avoid EASEUS.
