Repairs during outage. Many Family members out since Wednesday,11th of August. Your crews are a Joke. You have 700K out, Consumers had 190K out and restored 130K in a day. DTE made just under 44 billion in 2020 and they continuously request MORE. Throw your Union BS out and get the repairsdone. User’s recommendation: Use Someone Else...

4 days and no power, lost a huge freezer of meat and my insurance wont cover it. DTE just raised rates make 1.8 million more which was suppose to go help with power grid maki g these outages last less than a day or two, guess the money went for raises instead.
Every storm our power goes out and the falsely give us a fake repair time never intending to fix it as promised. Waiting for another day. Typical. Our infrastructure sucks.
