It seems like if it rains more than 4 minutes the power goes out and it takes DTE hours to restore. Today was the 4th time in 3 weeks the power went out. I’ve never experienced this in other cities I’ve lived in. WHY can’t they seem to fix the problem?? It’s been 20 years of this...

Estimated restoration times mean nothing. Poor infrastructure and maintenance. I’ve seen workers in breakfast shops more than in the streets making repairs. They’re all at McDonalds or eating pancakes somewhere. User’s recommendation: Don’t live anywhere they service.
