Marked item on app as gift. Got to recipient info page and couldnt go further. Called customer service number and she helped me get out of app and order online. Then she marked it as gift and added gift message.

The doordash driver returned my order to the store saying that there is not proper ID when it was not delivered to the correct door. When I place this call the automated system said there is a 4 minute wait I stay online for 25 minutes nobody ever picked up the call
