Never received my order, Poor customer service

This was my second time ordering from drizly I placed an order that was given me an ETA of 28 minutes to 53 minutes I waited over four hours and never received my order customer service was not responsive and I was only given two credits of free delivery which wasnt helpful! Charged for item that never showed up

I canceled order after 2 hours of waiting. I called drizzly and they said Ill be refunded in 2-5 days. User’s recommendation: Poor customer service. If a store doesn’t have an item, nobody calls to let you know.

Didn’t receive all m products

Didnt receive all of my fireball buckets. Bought 3 but I was still the same price for 3 buckets because they were out of fireball buckets. I only received 50 fireballs instead of 60. I want my money back
