Im a typical customer. First impression is everything. My very first time ordering through Drizly and half of order was missing. Mistakes happen, but delivery prices are too expensive for the hassle. User’s recommendation: Everyone has their individual preference, unfortunately Drizly isn’t mine for the future.
Didn’t receive an order. After cling Drizly Customer Support, they immediately rescheduled and I received the order. Customer Support was excellent. I didn’t have my order number but they found it quickly. I am now a happy customer.
I was not contacted to resolve the issue since feb14. As much understanding as i have for busy customer service, this is ridiculous
