Took payment with no delivery

took payment with no delivery being made which is crazy im very disgusted with this and then its hard to speak with someone and they make you type 100 symbols to process which is crazy

No contact on my order after I placed it and have not been able to get a number to call and find out where my order was delivered to.

Got kicked out of site and not able to log back in

Got kicked out of site because the store no longer delivers to my area. Just have to wait until another store delivers to my area.

My orders were lost but i was still charged

My account was refunded but I was told I would have a15 dollar credit and never got it. It’s not worth my trouble to keep using this company considering this is the 3rd time some thing like this has happened User’s recommendation: Use favor.
