My credit card does not wok

No help from Drizly

I keep trying to change from an old address but app or website delivers to old address. I want my money back. Third tonne this happens. Drizly owes me more than 100 dollars back. I cant change from old address and I’m charged for delivery to old address

The order has to be cancelled and has NOT been refunded and Ive been expecting this refund for a while now. Im not sure if Drizly or the store are at fault.
