Healing Department, Attitudes of Nurses

The birth took place on 15. 02. 2019. I want to emphasize that the maternity team was excellent, every midwife, doctor and sanitary I met - people in their place. Outstanding professional and kind people. Also the employees of the children's intensive care department - excellent professionals! Huge thanks to them! The harsh reality began when the baby was transferred from the intensive care unit to my ward. Most of the children's nurses and one pediatrician I met were rude, unkind. It was not explained to me how to feed the child in the future, how much of the mixture should be given, how and how much to increase the volume of the mixture, when I did not know it, I earned that I was brutalized by rough texts. As an adult, I was afraid to enter that nursing room, afraid to ask. One sister allowed herself to come to my ward and make me so that she led me to a hysterical cry in her voice. I told them there is no problem following the instructions, the problem is that I don't know these instructions and don't even know what to ask. It was a specific emotional abuse. I recommend the management to discuss with the childcare staff about contact with patients, maybe it is even worth taking some lecture courses for the staff. That,what happened to me there is categorically unacceptable. I hope this complaint will be an incentive for change.
