I wanted to write a complaint about the company LLC "Open Mobile" Reg. Arriving at the branch of this store to write a claim, the employee replied to me that there was nothing in HIS company; claim applications or customers' right of withdrawal, the Employee offered to hand over to the service, But also without issuing any service deed or acceptance deed, saying only - "Leave the phone, I will call you back in two days."What I was not happy with and in his presence I called the Consumer Rights Protection Center to ask if I had the right to write a claim, then there were only offensive phrases from the employee, so I got behind the door and talked there, because you see the trouble for him to work, except There was no one inside me, But it all started when he heard me speak Italian anxiously, the employee told me - “WHERE YOU LIVE AT ALL, learn to speak english normally and then come talk to me. Even the CRPC employee asked me if the employee told you, I answered yes.Then I followed the instructions of the CRPC employee, went home to print the claim application myself, filled it in and went again to the telephone salesman to confirm with a stamp and signature, the employee came to this branch, I didn't even open the door, just as the person went outside and I got inside, then the employee saw me that I was admired inside, then he looked at the claim application, dropped the papers on the table and said that he did not need these papers and he would not sign anything so I could collect the papers and be free. I left him one copy I took it to myself and told him how I would not leave it. I believe that such treatment is illegal and unacceptable-FIRST I was morally offended and ordered later, SECOND, at any point of sale where the electrical product is purchased must be able to write a claim.I also agreed to the exchange of the product with the Supplement, to which I heard the answer of the employee again - we will not change the vision, I was shocked how such people can work in trade, violating all ethical norms, considering that I am pregnant in the last month of pregnancy, the seller allowed me humiliation, which also worsened my health, given such a stressful situation. Therefore, I would like to make a complaint against the company "Open mobile", as well as for ethical transgression, moral curiosity, of course I would like to demand that the phone be exchanged even if I agree with a premium to another brand, or the money is returned.
