Hello. I set the car gas in my car ahead of time. Great for us, everything seems to be at the highest level.... It'll take hours. I wait a while for customer service. Then when it comes to my turn I say that my maintenance for 11.00 is scheduled, for which I receive a kind, will have to wait a bit. Nothing else for me without explaining the session and waiting. Waiting 30 min... waiting 45 min..wait an hour!What if it is not showing open contempt for your customers! As much as I had limited time, I decided not to spend my time stupidly waiting, at 12:00 I left the company at the moment, at the request of my clients! The first maintenance was not done for me, even though I could take the time to do it. Although you start to think about alternatives... Only when I understand that the warranty will not work much. Disrespect, blatant disrespect for your customers is demonstrated... Executives should work hard for their subordinates training on how to plan work and serve customers...... My car was scheduled for maintenance on May 11, 2019.
