I have a new trailer and the fridge failed and now the AC. Dometic will not acknowledge me.

Our maiden voyage fridge failed. We had to fix ourselves. Now the AC has quit. I call and hold for hours, I email like crazy. Dealer won’t help, They say drop it off in 3 weeks. Poor quality unit

Purchased new 11/17/2020-12K BTU Marine AC unit leaks refrigerant into cooling water at 7 months old Purchased new 2-12-**- **k BUT Marine Ac unit compressor locked up at 16 months old Dometic products have no warranty or customer support, don’t even waste your time calling. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BY DOMETIC.
