RV Air Conditioner stopped under warranty

I purchased from. Athena RV 8-9-2019. It stopped working. Error code E4. Warranty expires 8-9-2021. Athena doesn’t answer calls or emails. Are they out of business? Suggestions? User’s recommendation: Short function life.
