Have waited on phone for tech service to find out what 13500 unit will replace my old one and what i need with it. it is older unit that talks thru ph cable to each other. tech answered than hung up.

New Trailer-cannot get help. Control Panel in Fridge failed and now the AC has failed.

Update by user Jun 04, 2021 Forest River agreed to help us a little with the Refrigerator. We had to purchase the part and do the repair ourselves. the first service call was $190 out of pocket. Dometic will reimburse Forest River for .5/hr for the service work. The AC just started blowing warm…
