Dometic’s Answer

Dometic does not have a End User Tech Dept. They stated to use a Dometic dealers service dept. Dometic not at all any help for my Problem.

Lousy build quality. Short product life terrible design quality and tech support dumber then a sack of hammers

Since they took over marine air they turned the product to crap! Drains in pan are useless, corners cut everywhere, pop riviera instead of spot welds, sharp edges. Short service life and even shorter warrantee. NEVER AGAIN!! User’s recommendation: Don’t but this overpriced crap.
